About

Dr. LeClerc is a Canadian Maritimer, born and raised in the province of New Brunswick. Before starting a career in veterinary medicine, she completed a Master’s degree in Community Health in the area of Industrial Hygiene at the University of Toronto and practiced as an industrial hygienist. She completed her veterinary degree in scenic Prince Edward Island at the Atlantic Veterinary College and completed her residency program in Clinical Pathology at the Western College of Veterinary Medicine. She joined the Veterinary Pathology Department at the Western College of Veterinary Medicine and then the affiliated Prairie Diagnostic Services Laboratory. After immigrating the United States, she took a pathology position at the University of Illinois. She joined the Arizona Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory in January of 2023. She is interested in dermatohistopathology and papillomaviruses
