All other toxicology and nutritional tests will be forwarded to a referral laboratory for testing. Turnaround time is determined by the referral laboratory and prices are subject to change. $35.00 shipping and handling fee will be added to the test price.

Discounted fees for clients using AZVDL UPS account: Inbound UPS (in state) $20.00; Inbound UPS (out of state) $25.00 (up to 2 lb packages). Packages over 2lbs $35.00
Due to the rising cost of Courier Service, submissions requesting sample pickups and only submitting for tests referred to outside laboratories will be billed a $15.00 courier service fee.
